How it works
Send the link to customers
For e-commerce, just send the link we provide. For physical businesses (like shops) we provide the QR code to use the service
Choose satisfaction level
Your customer chooses the satisfaction level, ranging from"exceptional" to "very bad"
If customer is happy...
Great! The customer will be redirected to your business's Google Review page to leave a positive feedback.
If customer is NOT happy...
The review is posted in a 'private space' (visible only to you), and you will receive a prompt notification. You have the time to call the user and fix the issue with him privately.
How to activate the service
Please, notice that:
this service isn't infallible: customers can still choose to leave a negative feedback on Google/Trip Advisor if they wish, and we can't prevent them from doing so.
But, from our experience, this service can lower negative reviews rate and make customers more happy!
